Account & Dashboard: Playlist Enhancements & Share Update

All playlist pages are updated with faster load times and new designs.
Enhancements
- Trending is now a sorting option for dynamic playlists instead of a standalone playlist.
- Media can be filtered by custom parameters in Search, Recommendations, and Article Matching playlists.
- A recency filter, allowing only videos published within a set number of days, can now be set for dynamic and Recommendations playlists.
Additionally, share pages have been updated following a security audit. Password protection is removed in favor of token signing. When signing is enabled, the share pages will automatically generate a link that's valid for 30 days.
