skipAd()

Used to skip the currently playing ad. This allows developers to create their own controls for skipping ads. Works with IMA, VAST, and FreeWheel ad clients.

If an advertising.skipoffset is configured for the currently playing ad, calling skipAd() will have no effect unless the advertising.skipoffset is reached.

For VPAID ads, the ability to skip the ad via skipAd() is dependent on whether the VPAID creative allows the ad to be skippable.
