Managing your business may be complex, but maintaining your video management and delivery workflows should be easy.

First Steps

Use the following steps to begin hosting and delivering your media:

1. Use the Video Preparation reference to ensure your videos are in the correct formats to be uploaded. Commonly uploaded videos formats include the following:
   • .3gp
   • .avi
   • .mov
   • .mp4
   • .wmv
2. Upload or import your media to your JWP account.
3. Add descriptive information about your media, such as a description, tags, and a publish date.
4. For long-form content, add chapter markers to convey viewing milestones within the timeline of a video player.
5. Add your media to a playlist to help your viewers engage with a collection of your videos.
6. (Enterprise) Set up a Recommendations playlist to help increase user engagement and follow-on ad impressions per initial play.
