Playback
Learn how your media performs
The Playback dashboard is only relevant to plays with a media ID and using a JWP data source.
For Apps analytics, read the How do I create a Custom Report to assess the performance of my Apps? FAQ.
Even with a strong content pipeline, it’s not always clear which videos are delivering business impact.
The Playback dashboard helps bridge that gap by connecting engagement metrics with real outcomes. By combining trend data with ranked content and audience breakdowns, the dashboard enables you to answer questions such as the following:
- Are ad impressions keeping pace with media consumption?
- Where are our viewers located?
- Which devices are they using to watch videos?
- Which content is driving the most impact?
Each section of the Playback dashboard highlights a specific playback metric and related insights.
Section | Description |
---|---|
Visualizations | Compares specific metrics in a line graph visualization Available comparisons:
|
