Manage SSAI strategies

After creating an SSAI strategy, you can edit, copy, and delete it at any time.

Edit a strategy

Follow these steps to edit a strategy:

1. On the Advertising page, click the Ad strategy tab. A list of existing strategies appears.
2. Click a strategy. The ad strategy details page appears.
3. (Optional) Enter a new Name for the ad strategy.
4. (Optional) In the JSON code editor, redefine your strategy (step 3).
5. Click Save.

Duplicate a strategy

If you want to duplicate a strategy, you can copy the logic from an existing strategy and paste it into a new one. Follow these steps to duplicate a strategy:

1. On the Advertising page, click the Ad strategy tab. A list of existing strategies appears.
2. Click a strategy. The ad strategy details page appears.
3. In the JSON code editor, click (copy icon). The JSON logic is copied to your clipboard.
4. In the top left of the page, click ← (back arrow). The list of existing strategies appears.
5. Create a new strategy. During step 3, paste the strategy logic in the JSON code editor.

Copy a strategy ID

You can copy your strategy ID from the dashboard, easily allowing you to include it in your SSAI manifest request or implementation. Follow these steps to copy the ID of a strategy:

1. On the Advertising page, click the Ad strategy tab. A list of existing strategies appears.
2. In the row of a strategy, in the ID column, click (copy icon). The strategy ID is copied to your clipboard.

Delete a strategy

This action is irreversible. Once deleted, a strategy cannot be recovered, and the manifest will be served without ads.

Follow these steps to delete a strategy:

1. On the Advertising page, click the Ad strategy tab. A list of existing strategies appears.
2. Hover over the row of a strategy.
3. Click (trash icon). The Delete ad strategy warning popup appears.
4. Click Delete. The strategy is deleted.
