Manage a transformation agent ᴮᴱᵀᴬ

Once a transformation agent is created, you can manage it from the Transformation agents tab.

From this tab, you can:

• Edit a transformation agent’s settings
• Clone an existing transformation agent to create a variation
• Delete a transformation agent that is no longer needed

Edit a transformation agent

Follow these steps to create a character:

1. On the Studio page, in the Transformation agents section, click Manage. The Transformation agents tab opens in a new browser tab.
2. (Optional) In the search text field, enter a partial or full agent name to filter the list of transformation agents.
3. On a transformation card, click ⋯ > Edit. The transformation agent settings appear.
4. Edit one or several of the transformation settings.

   📘

   All of the settings defined when creating a transformation agent can be edited.

5. Click Save. The changed settings are saved for the transformation agent.

Clone a transformation agent

Follow these steps to clone a transformation agent:

1. On the Studio page, in the Transformation agents section, click Manage. The Transformation agents tab opens in a new browser tab.
2. (Optional) In the search text field, enter a partial or full agent name to filter the list of transformation agents.
3. On a transformation agent card, click ⋯ > Clone. A new transformation agent card appears for the cloned transformation agent.

Delete a transformation agent

Deleting a transformation agent is permanent and irreversible.

If a transformation agent is no longer needed and not associated with a project, you can delete it.

Follow these steps to delete an agent:

1. On the Studio page, in the Transformation agents section, click Manage. The Transformation agents tab opens in a new browser tab.
2. (Optional) In the search text field, enter a partial or full agent name to filter the list of transformation agents.
3. On a transformation agent card, click ⋯ > Delete. The Delete agent pop-up window appears.
4. Click Delete. If not associated with any projects, the transformation agent is deleted.
